Cancer Care Navigator

Capital Regional Cancer Center has a dedicated Cancer Care Navigator who assists patients through the complexity of cancer care. Cancer care often involves coordination among a number of physicians. Our Cancer Care Navigator, Angelia Darsey, R.N., is available to assist patients and physicians with that coordination. In addition, she provides assistance to patients who may have problems with things like transportation, insurance coverage, medications, cancer education and nutrition. Our goal is to make the journey through cancer care as easy as possible for our patients so that they can concentrate on regaining their health.
